Concealing facts is root cause of all evils: Pervaiz Rashid

ISLAMABAD: Information Minister Pevaiz Rashid has said the root cause of all evil is hiding fact, Geo News reported.

Addressing an event organized by Press Council here Tuesday, Pevaiz Rashid said that proposals of all stakeholders will be included in the law of access to information.

Rashid was optimistic about improvement in the proposed law of access to information. He said with the proposals of media representatives such a law would be made so that information could not be kept secret.

The information minister also appreciated the role of the media in covering the Rawalpindi incident.
