RAWALPINDI: The garrison city has started limping back to normalcy as all the educational institutions and markets opened in Rawalpindi on Wednesday.
However, police rangers and army personnel would remain deployed in the city to counter any possible untoward incident.
On Tuesday, markets and trading centres opened in the city amid tension which had been closed following the tragedy during the Asuhra procession.
Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said the plotters of Rawalpindi incident would be brought to justice.
He said peaceful protest was everyone’s right and the government would provide security to the peaceful protestors.
Sanaullah said the judicial commission constituted to probe the unfortunate Rawalpindi incident would start working from today.
