KARACHI: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Syed Khurshid Shah has proposed March 15 deadline for local bodies election in Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab.
Speaking to media at the airport, the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader said that he had given the proposal to the Election Commission for the LB polls.
He said that the elections would definitely be held since the Supreme Court of Pakistan had issued orderes in this regard.
Shah said that there was no final word in politics, adding that there no signs of local bodies elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
