Fog disrupts life in Multan

MULTAN: Dense fog and severe cold has hit Multan yet again and has affected the daily life routine chores of the citizens, Geo News reported Saturday.

Fog had reduced in the past two days in Multan but has once again covered the city while the visibility reduced to 200 metre. The visibility on motorway leading to Multan was 100 metre today morning.

Cold has also increased in the city and the temperature of 5 degrees was recorded today while the met department has predicted light rain during the day.

On the other hand, haze has also disrupted the flights schedule at Multan Airport. Madina-bound flight of a private airliner NL-701 was delayed for more than five hours and took off at 5:45 am. Another Multan-bound flight from Madina NL-701, that was scheduled to take off at 9:30 am today, is also delayed.
