RAWALPINDI: Police and the law enforcing agencies conducting a search operation rounded up over 60 suspects in the Hazara colony on Sunday morning here, Geo News reported.
Sources said in order to maintain law and order in the city on the occasion of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) Chehlum, police and LEAs have launched the snap search operation in different areas of the police stations here.
As part of this exercise, police today conducted search operation at Hazara colony in the precincts of Rata Imral police station and took over 60 suspects into custody of them 40 were freed after interrogation, while the remaining 20 still being investigated.
