Man killed as buses collide in Multan

MULTAN: A man was killed while five others sustained injuries when two buses collided in Multan, Geo News reported Tuesday.

According to the rescue sources, the incident occurred at Vihari Road near Akhtarabad due to fog and over speeding that killed the conductor of the bus on the spot.

Five others were injured while drivers of both the unfortunate passenger buses got stuck in the damaged structure who were pulled out after one hour of the rescue operation.

The injured drivers and passengers were shifted to Nishtar Hospital for treatment while others were sent home after first aid.
