KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Haider Abbas Rizvi Thursday termed PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto’s Tweet in which he criticized former president Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf as regrettable.
“A party chairman should exercise caution in using the language while issuing a statement,” Rizvi asserted while talking to media persons after examining the preparations during his visit to the venue of MQM’s public meeting in Hyderabad.
He noted that the country was passing through a critical phase and issuing this kind of statement at such a time by a party chairman does not suit him well. “It is the way of the Muslims to pray for the recovery and health of an ailing person,” he added.
