ISLAMABAD: Former president Pervez Musharraf’s wife dashed back to the capital city here on Friday after a few hours stay in Dubai to enquire about the health of her ailing husband admitted in the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC)’s intensive care unit (ICU) and being examined after every two hours, Geo News reported.
Sources said that the AFIC doctors’ team after reviewing his medical reports would be deciding about further line of action.
Hospital sources said that Musharraf’s condition was out of danger, he has been talking normally and last night he also spoke to his family members on telephone. However, it is the senior doctors of the hospital to decide how long he should be kept at the hospital.
Sources said he was likely to be kept under observation in the hospital for further two days.
On the other hand, his wife Sehba Musharraf, who had gone to Dubai yesterday noon rushed back to Islamabad by return flight. Sehba Musharraf will be meeting her husband with the permission of the doctor today, family sources said.
