Fazl doesn’t see seriousness in tasking Sami Taliban talks
ISLAMABAD: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rahman Friday said that he was not aware of Pervez Musharraf’s illness nor he wanted to know about it, adding this was an issue between the government and the court, he would not like to indulge in it, Geo News reported.

Talking to Geo News here, JUI-F chief said that tasking Maulana Samiul Huque for paving way for talks with the Taliban didn’t seem to him to be serious. He said why media gave it so much importance, not known.

Maulana Fazlur Rahman said that he held talks with the interior minister for about an hour, but the initiation of talks with the Taliban didn’t come under discussion.
