“All we are asking for is all the abettors be tried under Article 6,” the Rabitta Committee members said while addressing a press conference here.
They maintained that putting only Gen (retd) Pervez Musharraf to trial for treason indicates ill-will, demanding that all the sub-clauses of Article 6 be invoked in the case. “If such invoking of Article 6 hits the members of MQM, they should also be tried in the court of law,” they added.
The Rabitta Committee members said that all the workers and office bearers of MQM stand united under the leadership of Altaf Hussain.
