According to police, an oil tanker was hit by the Khyber Express while the driver tried to cross the railway crossing near Deth. Fortunately, all the passengers of Peshawar-bound train remained safe, however, the oil tanker was damaged in the collision.
After the mishap, rescue teams reached the spot and removed the tanker from the railway crossing after which the train left for Peshawar.
