Rulers begging for dialogue with terrorists: Khursheed Shah

KARACHI: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah said on Saturday that incumbent rulers lacked vision of a national leadership and that was why they had bowed down before terrorists.

He was addressing a seminar at the Karachi Press Club. The opposition leader said that the rulers were begging for dialogue with terrorists.

Shah questioned whether the state had become so weak to beg from outlaws, adding that as to what will be the future of the country if that was the case.

He said that Pakistan People s Party (PPP) believed that there was no other way except democracy for development and better future of the country.

He said the PPP had always provided leadership to the nation which had rendered sacrifices for democracy.
