RAWALPINDI: Chairman Bahria Town, Malik Riaz on Sunday performed the inauguration of the builder’s Mega Customer Service Centre and Greenvalley Premium Hypermarket spreading over a 100-canal land area here.
According to the Bahria Town spokesman, the construction company’s customer service centre, which would be its biggest Head Office, was being established in Rawalpindi Phase 8.
The project spreading over an area of 100 canals would be completed in one-and-a-half year’s time.
Earlier, Chairman Bahria Town Malik Riaz also performed the ground breaking of Greenvalley Premium Hypermarket.
Speaking on the occasion, Malik Riaz said following the Bahria Town’s big strides in the real state sector, now the retail market of Pakistan is being developed to set a new trend.
He called upon the government to facilitate the investors. “In the US the investment is tax-free while in UK the capitalists are given residents’ status within three years,” he added.
