ISLAMABAD: State Minister for Water and Power, Abid Sher Ali Monday demanded of the Sindh Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah to tender resignation over negligence on the issue of Tharparkar.
Talking to Geo News, Abid Sher Ali said the tragic death of 140 children caused by malnutrition in the drought-hit desert region of Tharpakar can never be acceptable to any civilized society.
“Sindh Government is ineligible…people are dying of starvation,” he maintained, adding ‘those involved in hoarding of atta (flour) should also be handcuffed’.
