Om Puri returns to India after Pakistan trip

WAGAH: Renowned Indian actor Om Puri returned to India after spending one week in Pakistan.
Prior to his departure, Puri expressed his desire of a cricketing series between the South Asian neighbours. The Indian actor said upon his return he will advocate for a Pakistan-India cricket series.

Om Puri who arrived in Pakistan on March 11 spoke of the love he received during his trip. He said Lahore had made a permanent place in his heart.

Puri also said that the security forces of both countries should refrain from adopting an aggressive attitude during the parade and Wagah border.
