LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz senior leader and Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique came down heavily on the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) saying courts and election tribunals could not pass orders on the wishes of Imran Khan’s party.
