ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, has constituted a bench to hear the government's appeal over a Sindh High Court (SHC) decision to remove former President Pervez Musharraf's name from the Exit Control List (ECL).
A five member bench headed by Justice Nasir-ul-Mulk will begin hearing the case from 23rd June. The federal government had moved the apex court over the SHC decision, requesting for an early hearing.
The bench will include Justice Jawad S. Khwaja, Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali, Justice Aijaz Afzal and Justice Gulzar Ahmed.
