ISLAMABAD/Lahore: Citing security concerns, the government has decided to keep cell phone services suspended in the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi on Monday (today)
The cellular phone services will remain suspended in the twin cities from 5 AM to 11 PM on Monday.
The Interior Ministry issued orders to this effect to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).
A shuttle bus will be plied every hour from Peshawar Morr to airport from 5 AM Monday.
Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leader Dr Tahirul Qadri is all set to arrive in Islamabad Monday morning as his party workers have already started gathering in the capital city to welcome him.

Meanwhile, the Punjab government has also suspended mobile phone service in Lahore..
A spokesman for the provincial government said that the cellular services will remain suspended from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
