Qadri rules out inquiry with Sharif brothers in power

LAHORE: Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), Dr Tahirul Qadri Wednesday said there can be no investigation in the Model Town episode as long as Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif are in power.

Addressing a press conference here, Tahirul Qadri said his party rejects the process of the ‘so-called inquiry’.

He cautioned the nation not to lend ear to the ‘disinformation’ being spread by the present era’s Hitler and Masolini. “The Punjab police officials should tender their resignations…throw away their uniforms,” he added.

The PAT Chief warned that those who do not dissociate themselves from the rulers, the revolution will show no mercy to them.

Dr Qadri said he would not leave without bringing about a revolution which, he said, would happen in 2014 and the rulers would end up in prison.
