KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain on Wednesday lamented that the army was rendering sacrifices in operation against the Taliban while instead of supporting the military the focus is on gaining political mileage.
He criticized the government’s handling of Tahirul Qadri’s arrival. He asked the people to deposit their one day salary for the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) of North Waziristan.
Hussain also urged other political parties to announce aid for the IDPS.
