According to reports, one foreign tourist was injured in the incident which took place around 11.00 am near Jama Masjid. The nationality of the tourist is yet to be ascertained.
The firing took place near Gate No 3 of the Jama Masjid, which is frequented by tourists visiting the city.
Police have reached the spot and have launched a manhunt for the bikers.
