PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) tendered its resignations in protest terming the elected assemblies void and illegal. However according to the Speaker National Assembly only 25 resignations were sent to him. PTI’s MNA Gulzar Khan is one of those who disobeyed the party and refused to give up his seat.
Gulzar Khan, elected from Peshawar NA-4, has made it clear once again that he did not and will not resign from the National Assembly until the ministers and members of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly resign.
While Gulzar Khan maintained that he is among 10 members of PTI who refused to tender their resignations, he made it clear that even if he is the last left, he will still stand firm on his stance.
