Door still open on talks, says Pervez Rashid
ISLAMABAD: Information Minister Pervez Rashid has said that the door to talk was still open on talks and it was even ready to register a fake FIR against itself if Tahirul Qadri let innocent children, women and men go.

Talking to media, he said Qadri was holding the people hostage for last 14 days. The minister said that nobody could be punished until proven guilty. He said that the judicial commission had yet to submit its report into Model Town tragedy.

The minister added that Qadri had promised that he would not resort to provocation, adding that both the PTI and the PAT entered the Red Zone illegally.

Rashid said that the protesters had made it difficult for the judges of the Supreme Court to enter the top court while way to the Parliament was also blocked.

He said that due to prevailing circumstances foreign investors were not ready to invest in Pakistan.
