I am satisfied after meeting with army chief : Qadri

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Awami Tehreek chief Dr Tahirul Qadri has said that the army chief has assumed role of guarantor and it seems he will play his role to resolve the issue of Model Town FIR since it does not carry any section of terrorism against the accused.

In his speech following his meeting with Chief of the Army Staff Raheel Sharif, he said the army chief listened to him patiently and was astonished to see the copy of FIR during the meeting, in which issue of Sharif’s resignation also came under discussion.



“We don’t want Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif on their seats and there will be Dama Dam Mast Qalandar if they don’t resign and a new FIR is not lodged, he said and added that he was satisfied after meeting with army chief”
