MQM chief Altaf Hussain hints quitting leadership

LONDON: Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has summoned a meeting of all the responsible workers and sector in-charges on Wednesday at 6 pm in Azizabad area of Karachi.

The meeting will be held at Lal Qila Ground in Azizabad.

According to a statement issued on MQM website, the leader stated that he was already saddened over the country’s current political crisis and now the irresponsible and selfish behaviour of the senior party leaders has made him even more upset.



Altaf Hussain further stated that he will request his workers to relieve him of party leadership while further details will be discussed during today’s meeting.
