ISLAMABAD: Opposition leader in the National Assembly, Syed Khursheed Shah has asked Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif to take notice of the elements giving wrong impression about interference of army in the politics, Geo News reported.
Speaking to media here Wednesday, Khursheed Shah said the army remained impartial in the prevailing political crisis.
Shah said government was not using the parliament, adding that they were fighting the war of parliament and the democracy and not for Nawaz Sharif.
The parliament is fighting this war and the solution of current crisis would come from this house, Shah asserted.
The constitutional way of ousting the prime minister is ‘vote of no-confidence’, he said and added that dialogues are essential for the government and it should go for talks till last stage.
Imran Khan was my ideal when he entered politics, Shah said and added that Khan has disappointed him.
