Asad Umar confirms Hashmi’s statement

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Asad Umar has confirmed statement of Javed Hashmi that Imran Khan had said that PM Nawaz Sharif would resign shortly after they come out from Lahore for long march.

In an interview with a private TV channel, Asad Umar while confirming the statement, said Imran Khan used to issue such statements so as to motivate PTI workers.

Umar also disclosed that Imran Khan had several times said that after the retirement of former chief justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, the new chief justice would come and resignation from PM Nawaz would be taken.
