Ishaq Dar issues PML-N whitepaper to answer Imran’s allegations
ISLAMABAD: Federal Finance Minster Inshaq Dar said on Wednesday, that Imran Khan levelled 13 allegations with regard to last year general election that turned out to be wrong.

Addressing a press conference, he said that the government had prepared a detailed whitepaper to answer all the allegations.

He said electoral reforms were on the agenda of the Pakistan Muslim Leagu-Nawaz, adding that the PTI raised objections over poll excercise in 20 constituencies where his party had won.

“Even if we give them 18 seats, they would not be able to form a government,” he said, adding, for the first time in the history of Pakistan the electoral lists carrying photos of the voters were used in the last year’s polls.

Dar said the PTI couldn’t have setup the government even if all of its candidates would have emerged triumphant in last year’s ballot.

He said according to FAFEN (Free and Fair Election Network) the election results on 246 seats out of 272 were found correct.

Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar said that the sit-ins of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) in the federal capital were aimed at destabilizing the country.
