According to police, two guards had a spat after which one of the guards Shakeel opened fire on the other guard named Mumtaz at Lahore’s Safari Park.
Mumtaz was killed on the spot after Shakeel sprayed bullets on him. The body was shifted to a hospital for medico-legal formalities.
