MQM Rabita Committee felicitates Altaf over Iftikhar Hussain release
LONDON: The Muttahida Qaumi Movement has termed Scotland Yard decision to release Iftikhar Hussain, , a suspect in Dr Imran Farooq murder case, a victory of truth and said that a conspiracy against the movement has once again failed.

In a statement issued here on late Tuesday night, the MQM felicitated its chief Altaf Hussain and Iftikhar Hussain.

Scotland Yard on Tuesday said that no action will be taken against Iftekhar Hussain as no evidence was found against him in the assassination case of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Imran Faooq.

However, two suspects Mohsin Ali Syed and Kashif Khan Kamran were wanted in Dr Imran Farooq murder case and Scotland Yard was in contact with Pakistani authorities for collection of evidence.

Dr Farooq, a prominent member of the MQM was murdered in 2010 outside his house in London as a result of multiple stabs and a blow to his head.
