Air strikes kill 10 terrorists in Tirah Valley

KHYBER AGENCY: Ten terrorists were killed as security forces pounded the terrorists’ hideouts with the help of fighter jets in Tirah Valley, Khyber Agency on Wednesday.

Five terrorists were taken out and several others were injured when security forces conducted air raids targeting the hideouts of the terrorists in Akakhail area of Tirah Valley. Five terrorists’ dens were also destroyed in the air strikes.

Similar assaults earlier in the morning had killed 5 terrorists and destroyed 4 of their hideouts in the valley.

Security sources said that those killed in the raids were members of proscribed Lashkar-e-Islami.
