LAHORE: Pakistan Ulema Council (PUC) has strongly condemned killing of minority couple in Kot Radha Kishan and demanded formation of judicial commission to probe into the matter, Geo News reported.
Addressing a press conference here Thursday, Chairman Pakistan Ulema Council Tahir Ashrafi termed the incident a brutality and humiliation of mankind. He said they were deeply saddened over the incident.
Ashrafi demanded to constitute a judicial commission to investigate into the matter and present report in 15 days.
Quoting sayings of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (ASWS), he said providing protection to the non-Muslims is the responsibility of the Muslims.
