LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leader, Allama Tahirul Qadri has sent a legal notice to ARY TV channel over an ‘allegation of ending the sit-in after taking Rs2 billion’.
In the legal notice to ARY, Tahirul Qadri has sought the channel’s apology over the ‘leveling a false allegation’ against him. “In case of failure I reserve the right to claim Rs2 billion in damages,” he warned.
He said the legal notice has been served to ARY on his behalf through Syed Ali Zafar Advocte.
