ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Pervez Rashid Monday said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was blaming Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) for its own failures in mustering public support which was unjustified.
In a statement issued here, he said PTI was attempting to hide the party’s flopped shows and cover its deficiencies.
The minister expressed astonishment, saying yesterday PTI Chief, Imran Khan levelled baseless accusation of giving money to journalists and today Shireen Mizari contrarily said that the practice of blaming anyone without any proof should be avoided. “First they must decide that who has to say what,” Pervaiz observed.
The Information Minister said head of a single member Awami Muslim League (AML) has not only become the spokesman of Imran Khan but also his political teacher.
He said it was strange that the person who was acting upon directives of Tahirul Qadri like a robot was scared of law and dissociating himself from the Pakistan Awami Tehreek’s chief.
