LAHORE: Pakistan hockey team coach Shehnaz Sheikh and captain Mohammad Imran were full of confidence of putting up a good show in the champions Trophy in India.
The 18 member team departed for India via Wagah border and will play their opening match against Belgium in Bhubhneshwar on December 6.
Talking to media before the departure the team coach Shenaz Sheikh said that the boys have worked hard to prepare for the Champions Trophy and will look to rectify the shortcomings of the Asian Games.
He also said they will try their level best to win the tournament and bring consistency in their performances.
The skipper Mohammad Imran said that the team will try and win the tournament and improve their ranking.
