Police arrest two accused after encounter in Karachi

KARACHI: Police arrested two accused and recovered arms from their possession after an encounter took place in Defence area of Karachi, Geo News reported Thursday.

According to police, the encounter took place near Do-Darya in Defence after which police apprehended two culprits. The accused were involved in various street crimes while weapons were also recovered from their possession.

The arrested accused were identified as Dawood and Qadir.

The snatched items including a motorcycle, mobile phones and weapons were recovered from their possession.

The case was registered in Darakhshan police station, sources told.
