FAISALABAD: The identity of two accused of firing at Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest in Faisalabad on December 08 has been ascertained, Geo News reported.
Police sources claimed that some miscreants, who were arrested with the help of images and footages, during interrogation had revealed the names of main accused of firing on PTI protesters.
The accused had been identified as Hafiz Imran and Ilyas and efforts were being made to apprehend them, sources said and added that Imran is resident of D Type Area.
Imran was affiliated with banned outfit in past, however, he was expelled from the group for violating its discipline.
The other accused, Ilyas hails from Tandlia and police have arrested his brother.
