RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif has cut short his visit to Quetta where he was attending a passing out parade and is on his way to Peshawar.
According to Director General, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asim Bajwa, the COAS expressed his regrets over the attack in Peshawar.
The DG ISPR in a message on social media said, the army chief was on his way to Peshawar while the operation was being led by the Corps Comander.
