ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) will begin hearing suo motto cases against delay in implementation on NRO judgment, which it ruled earlier, Geo News reported.
Also, SC will hear suo motto case against the appointment of Adnan Khwaja: the deposed Managing Director (MD) Oil and Gas Development Corporation Limited (OGDCL).
SC’s three-member bench comprising Justice Tariq Pervez and Justice Ghulam Rabbani led by CJ Iftikhar Mohammed Chaudhry will hear the cases.
Law Secretary, Attorney General, Prosecutor General NAB, Secretary Establishment, Director General FIA, Brigadier (R) Imtiaz Ahmed, senior lawyers Abdul Basit, Iftikhar Gilani, Abid Salhari and Abdul Baseer Qureshi will also remain present at the courtroom.
