HYDERABAD: Part of a dilapidated outer wall of Hyderabad central jail where there are 191 prisoners sentenced to death suddenly fell down.
Police was immediately deployed and repair work got underway.
The 191 prisoners in this jail that have been sentenced to death include criminals from banned organizations and Shah Sawar and Sabir who were involved in the 1898 PIA highjack case. The mercy pleas of the 2 have been rejected but black warrants have not been issued.
Main accused in the Daniel Pearl case Sheikh Umer is also imprisoned in this jail.
