Military courts imperative to punish terrorists: Saad Rafique
LAHORE: Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique on Thursday said that there was a difference between martial lad and establishment of military courts in the prevailing circumstances.

Speaking to media at the Lahore Railway Station, he said that military courts were imperative to punish terrorists and they were not aimed at singling out political opponents.

He said that the decision to setup military courts was taken by the political leadership for the betterment of Pakistan.

The minister said that the government, opposition and the army were united against terrorism. He said that no politician should invite martial law.
