Siraj visits APS, asks govt to protect educational institutes
PESHAWAR: Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Ameer Sirajul Haq on Tuesday urged the government to take concrete steps to protect the lives and properties of people across the country.

A delegation of JI, led by Sirajul Haq visited Army Public Peshawar school and met the students and teachers.

Talking to media men after his visit, the JI chief said, “I saw satisfaction and courage on the faces of innocent children despite of attack on their school.”

Siraj asked the all provincial and federal governments to ensure the security of educational institutions, adding it’s not possible for the people to protect themselves.

He urged the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Imran Khan led Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to engage in dialogues instead of staging protest demonstrations at the streets, saying it was the desire of entire nation.
