LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has said that a conspiracy is being hatched to establish India’s monopoly in South Asia and use of sectarianism to destabilize Pakistan is part of that conspiracy.
He also said that the Pakistan Army should takeover the reigns of the government in the interest of the country and his party would support them in the war against urban terrorism.
According to a statement from London, Altaf Hussain told his party workers in Rawalpindi during a telephonic address that the balance of power in the region is being disturbed by creating unrest in Pakistan through an international conspiracy.
He further said that in the current situation the whole nation should unite and support the Army in the fight against terrorism and demand that the Army chief General Raheel Sharif should step forward and takeover the government.
