Women at airport hotel died of natural causes: sources

KARACHI: Two women, who were found dead in mysterious circumstance at a hotel under PIA management earlier today, are said to have died of natural causes.

According to sources, the two women, accompanied by their family members, had arrived from Jedah to Karachi on Wednesday and from here they were to travel to Lahore.

The deceased women were identified as Gul Hussaini Afroz from Peshawar and Akhtar Mumtaz from Sahiwal.

The post-mortem reports are yet to come out.

Meanwhile, the DIG East, Munir Shaikh said Gul Hussaini Afroz was 70 years old while Akhtar Bibi, 45, was on a wheel chair. Akhtar Bibi was also taken to a hospital for treatment her health condition deteriorated.
