Pervaiz Rashid against media trial in Baldia factory case

ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information Broadcasting and National Heritage Pervaiz Rashid Saturday said that there must not be media trial of Baldia town factory incident as the case was pending in court.


Speaking to media, he said container will not be allowed to consider itself more weighty than the ballot box as speaker NA Sardar Ayaz Sadiq is an elected representative of the people.

He said government wants to constitute judicial commission only for the satisfaction of Chairman Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf Imran Khan adding that Imran must prove his allegations in the judicial commission.

He said PTI only wants the justice which only suits it. The minister said a league of unemployed Annjuman e Bairozgaran is being gathered under the patronage of former President General (r) Pervaiz Musharraf.

He said the date of the visit of Chinese President has yet not finalised however he would come to Pakistan soon.
