Kaira refutes PM's statement about Rehman Malik

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting has strongly rebutted a news item being telecast on private news channels and falsely attributing a statement to the prime minister about the resignation of NRO beneficiaries including Minister for Interior Senator Rehman Malik.

The minister while putting the record straight said that the list of NRO beneficiaries was reffered to the Law Division for necessary vetting as per law. The final decision would be made upon receiving the vetted list from Law Ministry.
