KARACHI: Former President and Pakistan People’s Party co-chairman Aisf Ali Zardari visited Chief Minister House for the second consecutive day on Wednesday, where he is said to have met Qaim Ali Shah and another personality whose has not been disclosed.
Sources said the meeting, in which no other member of the provincial cabinet or the PPP was in attendance, lasted for over an hour.
They said law and order situation in Karachi and on-going operation against criminals came under discussion.
The meeting took place hours after unidentified attackers gunned down an assistant professor teaching at the Karachi University. On last Friday, gunmen shot dead Sabin Mahumd, a director of an NGO, in Defence area of the city.
