Rana Sanaullah terms Gandapur’s arrest PTI drama

LAHORE: Punjab Law minister Rana Sanaullah has said local government election in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa laid bare truth behind police reforms in the province.

In a statement issued here on Tuesday, the PML-N leader said the LG polls have refreshed the memories of PTI’s intra party election.

He claimed that the Pakistan Tehreek Insaf was involved in the “worst rigging” during the polls across the province.

“Drama of Ali Amin Gandapur’s arrest was staged to hide embarrassment caused by illegal arrest of Mia Iftikhar,” he added.

He said the detained PTI minister was being accorded VIP treatment in the lockup.
