ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court on Friday ordered re-election in NA-19 constituency of Haripur in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Amir Zaman had challenged Pakistan Muslim League’s (PML-N) Umer Ayub’s success.
A three member bench headed by Justice Jawwad S Khawaja delivered the judgment in the petition filed by the PTI leader.
Earlier, the election tribunal had ordered re-polling at seven polling stations of the constituency.
