ATC accepts charge-sheet against suspect in Safoora Goth attack

KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court on Thursday accepted charge-sheet against the suspect involved in Safoora bus attack.

According to a report, police presented the challan against Saad Aziz, also a suspect in Safoora Goth bus attack, for his involvement in the murder of a policeman.

Accepting the challan, the ATC issued non-bailable arrest warrants for two more suspects identified as Umar and Ali Rehman.

The three suspects are accused of killing a policeman Waqar Hashmi in the precincts of New Karachi Police Station in 2014.

Police have arrested Saad Aziz while two others are still at large.
